Visitors to the Tokyo Auto Salon have been treated to Subaru and Prova’s joint offering which they have dubbed the WRX S4!
The cosmetic changes include a DAMD body kit as well as Enkei rims wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres. For the interior there’s upgraded Recaro sport seats and a Alcantara-clad steering wheel.
In a nod to aerodynamics there’s a carbon fibre rear wing while the brakes are high performance and the suspension an Ohlins variety.
Mechanical enhancements include a sports exhaust system and a Fujitsubo Super Ex exhaust manifold which works in unison with the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine which as standard pumps out 300 PS and 400 Nm of torque. Subaru and Prova have not yet announced the performance gains that the exhaust components make.
