I have a 1998 neon too. Mine could use a little extra love however. Where do you start with all these modifications? Im afraid to do any engine mods without dropping a new motor in bc the current has 120,000 miles on it. This is my first car and Im a girl who doesnt know much about it, but I find this stuff really interesting. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
