We`ve caught wind of the F430 replacement and speculation is rife that Italian road users will be in ear shot of it by Winter 2009; some lucky millionaires will even be behind the wheel. It`s likely to be lighter and more compact than the outgoing model and will be available with a hard top folding roof. The F142 is it`s code name but by the time it reaches production Ferrari are likely to call it the F470. Expect a Supercharged V8 under the hood and F1 transmission twinned with a dual clutch function.
