Toyota want their new Prius to be a drivers choice as well as a political statement thus the new generation model is built on an all-new platform with particular attention being focussed on the handling, stability and safety.

The new Prius which has the lowest drag coefficent of any mass produced car will be sold in the UK from summer 2009. There are even better fuel saving benefits to be had, thanks to the new design and it is much quieter too. The performance and specification details will be announced at the Geneva motor show in March.
