2011 Lotus Evora has leave at home roof
Another little tease before the new Evora is launched this May - By 2011 there will be a convertible version.

We all love the wind in our hair, the admiring glances of other car lovers and of course the opportunity to hear the intoxicating revs of a powerful engine. That`s why Lotus are making an Evora with a fabric roof.
The convertible Evora, due to go on sale in 2011 will be priced at around £47,500 or 51,425 Euros and the first 200 models will come complete with options and at a price of £58,460.
The engine powering the Evora is donated by Toyota and has a 3.5-litre capacity which is arranged as a V6. It will sprint to 62mph from standing in under 5 seconds and has a top speed of 160mph.
The chassis has been strengthened to cope with the loss of a roof and handling is expected to be nothing short of outstanding. More details will follow closer to launch.
