The engine cover is standard with all citi.com, Life, Velociti etc models. Can be found at any VW dealership, just phone your closest branch. You don`t look for a Management system, you can buy or fit one from multiple dealers, you have choices of Gotech, Diktator etc, readily available and common. I like the idea of the R-line kit, but it has to be fitted neatly, asif it stepped off the production line, and this golf is not. This is a replica Audi wheel, but not the wheel of the famous RS4. So correct your detail!!

I want to know how can I ge a engine cover like yours and then I am slo looking for a management system, any advice?
