Custom wiring for stereo. Foam sprayed in trunk, interior rocker panels, front kick panel area, unibody frame rails, gas tank strap area, and other unibody areas to lower NVH. The headliner fabric matches fabric in rear trunk area. Rear seats removed. 8AWG wiring from engine fuse block to fuel pump to minimize voltage drop. NKK LED tipped switches for intercooler water pump, fuel cooler fan, intercooler water temp/fuel temp gauge, & Master stereo On/Off. The 12DC accessory outlet for G-Tech meter is switched. A Brake light cutout switch has been installed. Varad Scanner light is centered on the upper part of front windhsield. Phoenix Gold DC distribution blocks are used for +12 power & ground for the intercooler water pump, horn relay, driving light relay, & fuel cooler fan relay. 4 AWG ground wiring kit connecting ECU to engine block to battery. The engine bay is wired for Street Glow Red LED strip lights.A carbon fiber look Blue LED Aircraft style toggle switch & 30 Amp relay is wired to the fuel pump circuit. The fuel pump can be turned on without having to turn the key or run the engine. The fuel rail can be primed withthout having to start the engine. This also allows you to drain the fuel tank by connecting a 6AN line to the 6AN hose that connects to the fuel rail.

TRANSMISSION MODIFICATIONS
getrag f23 (rpo m-86) 5 speed transmission using royal purple synchromax manual transmission fluid. spec aluminum flywheel #sc98a-217 & spec stage 3 clutch kit #sc893, b&m short throw shifter #bmm-45156. grade 12.9 m6 metric shoulder bolt replaces coiled spring roll pin that connects shifter linkage bracket to gear selector shaft on transmission. drilled/tapped clutch slave & master cylinder hose barb fittings (after cutting off hose barb flush with fitting) so a nos 1/16-27npt-3an fitting could be used with an earls 22" long 90 degree 3an speed flex brake line for the clutch fluid line. the 90 degree end connects to the clutch master cylinder. the getrag f23 transmission was rebuilt using new input shaft, intermediate shaft & output shafts. new differential bearings, new differential bearing races, new input, intermediate & output shaft bearings, new gear selector rods, new shifter mechanism with new shifter linkage bushings, new shifter detent, and new retaining rings were installed. a donor getrag f23 used in cobalts/hhr`s supplied all of the new internal parts. kent-moore getrag f23 specialty tools were used in the transmission rebuild and the differential bearing shim thickness was measured before the transmission was put back together. both transmission case halves were deburred off all casting flash. stainless steel socket head bolts were used on the transmission end cover, shifter linkage mechanism & shifter linkage mounting bracket. the differential side of the transmission case was drilled/tapped for a jw winco m20 x 1.5 aluminum sight glass which replaces the oem fill level plug. an m18 x 1.5 magnetic drain plug replaces the oem drain plug. arp metric studs m8 x 1.25 x 57mm were used to bolt the transmission cases back together. the aluminum oem heat shield for the shifter cables was removed and replaced with thermo-tec adhesive heat barrier all the way back to where the cables go into the chassis. arp flyweel bolts were used instead of replacement oem bolts for the flywheel to crankshaft. a new rear crankshaft seal was installed before installation of the spec aluminum flywheel.
