all standard running gear, only body modified.
full service history
all the standard peugeot boxer van equipment when first purchased.
to confirm i have listed the modifications below;
1.lowered by 80mm.
2.i have imported a rear air bag suspension system from america to replace the existing rubber dampers, it is brand new and waiting to go on, this is a simple straight swap over with the existing dampers. the system is operation by way a switch in the cab, with a pressure gauge to show the levels.
3.totally professionally re-sprayed by an approved mercedes bodywork shop in the latest bright mercedes silver which looks so great in the sunlight (the original peugeot colour silver is slightly darker and not so sexy looking) finished last may 2009.
4.i’ve fabricated & added a custom one off hand made body kit at the front, rear and side skirts, side ribs, and a rear spoiler to a very high standard, not the usual thin flexible rubbish, this is solid.
5.imported german 22" x 265 x 35 bsa alloy wheels with removable stainless steel clip on rims, which are replaceable if scuffed.
6.custom fabricated bespoke illuminated/indicator door mirrors, twin mirrors each side.
7.90mm stainless steel side impact bars with reversing lights fitted imported from imported from germany, automatically activated when reverse is engaged.
8.door handles shaved, with electronic remote and switched door solenoid/poppers to open the doors.
9.additional after market angel eye peugeot 206 light clusters fitted under the existing light clusters, switchable to work in tandem or on their own.
10.twin fog lights each side to the front lower section
11.custom made twin stainless steel full exhaust system
12.audi a5 front grill and bumper fins (i get asked all the time is it an audi)
13.additional flashing rear (x4 led lights with a 3 point selection flasher unit)
14.additional brake lights let into rear spoiler,
15.green under body led’s lighting to front, sides and rear.
16.white led flashing lights behind the grill
17.tow bar professionally supplied and fitted

19.infra red night vision tft lcd digital wide colour monitor/tv reversing camera 6”x4” with colour large screen in the cab (able to hook up a trailer with one smooth operation)
20.most lower panel joins smoothed out
21. red led’s behind each wheel
22. blue led’s running lights to the door mirrors
23. orange led indicator lights when indicator is operated (change from blue to orange)
24. standard electric windows
25. red led’s shining down on rear exhaust behind rear valance
26. additional red led’s fitted both door end panels, plus orange ones on lower cill section in the step well.
27. special edition chrome ringed audi r6 hub cap centres.
28. integrated 12volt fridge
29. additional electric heaters under seats
30. electric sunroof relocated from mitsubishi shogun
31. police siren, various sounds and hand held mic (speaker under bonnet)
32. additional vibe amp and speakers with turbo ports and port pugs all built into a custom built bulkhead speaker cabinet
33. de-badged
34. small blue led lights angled to the speakers and turbo ports
35. all additional electrical items are switched with a green led toggle switch. 20 green led toggle switches mounted on a temporary stainless steel head consul, along with the air bag gauge and rear flasher unit device.
36. taxed until end of may, 12 months mot.

38. cost: in total about 4,250 man hours and in excess of £12,000 spent
39. bad bits, not that there is many, but i rather be totally honest:
1. only very minor cosmetic damage to o/s rear valance ( caught on a curb)
2. o/s very minor cosmetic damage to o/s front valance ( caught on a curb)
3. o/s very minor cosmetic damage to o/s side skirt ( caught on a stone sticking out)
4. very, very minor cosmetic damage to rear spoiler
5. stainless steel wheel trims slight scuffs
6. very, very minor air line shrinkage cracks on some panels (4-5)
all the above minor damaged items can be done by anyone who has done a little body repairs before, but if it was done professionally it should not cost any more than £250.00
internal pictures of van to follow once i’ve had time to take them, all very clean no bad bits. but take it from me; the seats have had commercial seat covers on since new and in perfect condition, as new.
as you can see i have spent many, many long hours and days on this baby, yes it is my baby because i have put my heart and soul into it. the fact that all the body panels had to be painfully fabricated for this bespoke build, proved to be quite a task, nothing can be bought off the shelf for this model van and that is why it will always keep its uniqueness where ever it is seen. people ask me all the time what is it, they can’t work it out straight away, and say they didn’t know audi made vans! some say they have even tried looking it up on the internet to see if it is a new model out. some have even followed me home just to take some pictures………….it never ceases to amaze me how one van can raise so much interest. night time when all the lights are on it looks totally amazing, lights behind the wheels, lights underneath all the way around, shinning on the stainless exhaust, twin angel-eye fog lights, angel-eye auxiliary main lights and the blue marker lights on the wing mirrors………i must admit it takes some beating, but the combination can be all switched around via the cab to look very tasteful.
anyway what you see is what you buy, it is truly a fantastic one off looking van and that is why this van will command a good price because it is a one off.
the editor of max power wants to do a feature on it once the interior is finished, but alas i need to sell it now due to work commitments.
this is truly a one off, nothing even similar on the roads. it turns heads where ever it goes, i’ve even had people sticking their cameras out of windows as they are driving along….totally mad !!! i don’t think a new bentley gtc with paris hilton driving it naked would attract anymore attention!
you are welcome to view this extreme van any time, but no tyre kickers.
this would be an ideal promotional vehicle, camper van, hire-out for weddings & school proms etc, show vehicle or just a cruiser.
(rear loading area is standard, just ply lined).
