The rugged beauty of this machine, the sheer width and the noise of its exhaust will have your spinal hairs standing on end and that`s before you even drive it. Climb inside the cabin of its predecessor and its solid through and through and the handling sensational. Now, to top this, the 2012 model`s acceleration is even more intense. Nissan tested the twin-turbo 3.8-liter V6 GT-R at Sendai Hi-land Race Way in Japan a fortnight ago to get an acurate acceleration figure. The sprint test was conducted twice, once at an outside temperature of 14.9°C and the other at 18.6°C and both showed an astonishing 3 seconds to 100Km/h(62mph).
