A proud intro to Smart Forspeed Concept
Daimler has released these images to stir up some interest before the Geneva show kicks off next week. Judging by the opening picture, the guy doesn`t want to give up this 41-horsepower electric whippet. With a 0-37mph time of just 5.5 seconds and all that snazzy kit, we can see why. Charging up to 80% of its capacity still takes 45 minutes but you could have a welcome tea and Twix break in this time (eat your heart out, truckers). It has a top speed of 75 miles an hour so technically you can`t annoy anyone too much on the motorway and you are unlikely to get booked either. Hopefully most of your mates live within 85 miles though as this is the vehicle`s range on full charge.
