Porsche 918 Hybrid Supercar goes on sale in 2013
The production version, of which 918 will be made, features a manual roof with removable panels that will fit in the front luggage compartment. Instead of side-exit exhausts, they will be directed upwards from pods behind the headrests. The rear wing will also emerge at high speeds. The 918 Spyder`s performance ranks at an impressive 718 horses, it has a top speed of 200mph, is capable of 0-62mph in 3.2 seconds, being a hybrid allows it to emit just 94mpg and it`s kerb weight is less than 1,500kg.
