2012 Audi S8 with new V8 engine
Following in the footsteps of BMW and Mercedes-Benz, Audi will use a V8 engine in its flsgship executive model. The new 4.0-litre twin turbo version will produce 520hp. Although the Merc`s S63 AMG will considerably overshadow this performance (544 hp with the 5.5-liter V8), Audi has the edge in terms of efficiency. The S8`s well executed style and demure extravagance is set to be a very attractive blend.
