Bradford/England, April 2011 – on a sunny day the Project Kahn RS300 Cosworth powered Range Rover etched its place in history, having been declared one of the fastest Range Rovers in the world!
In the presence of Afzal Kahn the limited edition RS-300 Range Rover complete with its 5.8 litre engine astonished onlookers at Project Kahn HQ.
Every detail of this car, and not just its use of Cosworth technology, harks back to the pioneering spirit of the British motoring industry, and the Project Kahn – RS300 Cosworth powered Range Rover is wholly unmistakable, with every external modification serving to coax greater performance from the car.
This gives noticeably more precise control of the wheels and the car as a whole. With improved interaction between the tyres and the intelligent all-wheel drive system, the RS-300 Cosworth offers perfect handling.
The RS300’s flat, elongated silhouette is immediately recognizable with an outstanding styling package consisting of 20” RS wheels and tyres, 10 piece body kit, 2 piece front bumper spoilers, a satin front mesh grille, front bumper A-frame, door handles, colour coded side sills and rear apron and Cosworth stainless steel door entry sills.
Furthermore, the Project Kahn side vents (5 available in billet aluminium) each labelled with a number, complement the exterior.
Inside, we get the same high quality as expected – perforated and quilted RS front and rear seats with Cosworth logo’s, quilted centre glove box and instrument binnacle, RS gear shift with contrasting stitching, Cosworth blue dials and time clock, Cosworth numbered conversion plaque – hand crafted Cosworth enamel boot badge and Cosworth front and rear lettering.
