Mini Cooper coupe: Another example of brand versatility
The Mini now has more variations than there are breeds of puppies and their sales prove they are just as popular pets. Now in Coupe guise the Mini makes being short uber trendy (don`t worry there`s extra headroom worked in to the roof lining, ha,ha). There are also two spoilers that automatically lift out at the rear once you reach 50 mph. The range topping John Cooper Works engine is also good for 211 PS and has a 0-62 mph acceleration of 6.4 seconds as well as a top speed of 149mph.

MINI has introduced the new Cooper Coupe, which gives the small car segment another fascinating injection of variety with the presentation of the first two-seater in the brand’s current model range.
The latest generation of four-cylinder engines with outputs start from 122PS (90 kW) of the MINI Cooper Coupe to the Cooper S Coupe with 184PS (135 kW) and the top-of-range John Cooper Works Cupe with the hefty 211PS (155 kW).
The exterior boasts integral roof spoiler and an active rear spoiler, which extends automatically at 80 km/h (50 mph).
The aerodynamics include integral roof spoiler and an active rear spoiler. The whole shape of MINI Coupe is very innovative and last, but not least – good looking.
The interior design clearly emphases two-seat layout and features oval recesses in the roof liner providing extra headroom for the driver and front passenger. The sports seats are fitted as standard - MINI Cooper S Coupe, MINI Cooper SD Coupe, MINI John Cooper Works Coupe. There is also a two-piece luggage compartment cover in striking, three-dimensional design.
The standard equipment includes speed-sensitive power steering, electrically adjustable exterior mirrors, Park Distance Control, height-adjustable seats, air conditioning and an audio system with MP3-compatible CD player and AUX IN connection. The options list is huge -black headlight housing, xenon headlights, Adaptive Headlights, Comfort Access, automatic climate control, automatically dimming rear-view mirror and exterior mirrors, storage package, preparation for a rear luggage carrier rack.
Furthermore, you can opt for Harman Kardon Hi-Fi loudspeaker system, Bluetooth mobile phone preparation, USB audio interface; innovative MINI Connected functions – including web radio, Google local search and Google Send to Car services, reception of RSS news feeds, plus in-car use of Facebook and Twitter – available in conjunction with the MINI Visual Boost radio or MINI navigation system.
