Out with the Audi A4 and in with the A5 for the 2012 DTM Series
The 460bhp 4.0-litre V8 along with its six-speed gearbox will be swiped from the current A4 DTM car and planted in Audi`s new A5 model which will have a thorough face-lift in line with it`s road going equivalent by the time it is seen on the track in 2012. It will also be individually crash tested and have a larger rear wing while new rules surrounding its construction will save Audi money.
