SENNER-S5 ALWAYS KEEPS THE TRACK OF EVENTS
Audi S5, as it is known, the sports variant A5 takes the second stage of the motorization and equipment after the RS5. In order to add more emphasis to the sportback, which has been equipped as built with many features, SENNER Tuning AG from Rheinland-Pfalz Ingelheim made great efforts.
Very modest changes in the body are limited to a matt black gitter with bright borders, as well as moldings and racks for windows, including a fog-light frame in the same “color”.
What really deserves attention is the combination of wheels and tires of the two glued pieces. SENNER-Elegant TS-7 wheels with the rim anodized bottom and light chain wheels of the Diamant Black Polish color of the 9,5×20 inches size on the front axle and 11×20 inches on the rear are wrapped, respectively, by Conti Sport Contact 5P of the 255/30R20 295/25R20 size, and these tires can be used with such a lowered suspension and such a low depth of the wheels landing only in a combination with the body alteration (There are alternatives without the body alteration).
In this connection it should be mentioned about the adjustable screw thread B16 PSS10 from Bilstein with the possibility of height, pull rate and pressure adjustment in “Senner-tuning”, which is responsible for the low suspension: about 40 mm on the front axle and 35 mm on the rear axle.
Among the other things, there is Performance Kit air filter to help the propulsion device. Thus, the serial data 245 kW / 333 hp / 440 Nm are worth of nothing. We are talking about 327 kW / 445 hp and the maximum torque of 530 newton-meters. Naturally, under such possibility, the maximum speed increase and the software optimization were carried out.
The exhaust system, including an additional muffler and X-Pipe of stainless steel with the enlarged pipe diameter to 63.5 mm and 4 exhaust pipes of 90×70 mm, promises the sound guarantee.
Together with the carbon-fiber interior the tachometer of this material, as well as the Power Converter - the tuning for the electric foot-throttle can be ordered.
The total cost of the renovation is about 15.000 euro, of course, it is not a trifle, but it results in the effect of the “eye-catcher”.
