YELLOW BLUE COALITION
The CoverEFX & CFC StylingStation company in Erftstadt has taken two copies of the cult car MINI and made modifications with unmistakable success, as you can see.
On the one hand, it is a John Cooper Works-MINI GP R53, with CFC sunflower complete coating besides black islands wrapped predominantly in yellow. Even the window in the CFC-anthracite-style has its effect. In both vehicles, all attached parts were painted black, including the interior lights and Wiecher’s cage. Like the "brother", this model‘s black side gills are missing the "S" emblem, and the plastic wheel arches had to be reworked after the assembly of the suspension and brakes. In addition to a modified PreKat, the engine has up to 17 more horsepower or 22-Nm which is achieved through mcchip-dkr software. The hand-crafted and dynamic pressure-optimized exhaust system with stainless steel manifolds and down pipe by the KBR Motorsports fits perfectly into the environment, this is especially important due to the fact that car has 234 hp. The wheel-tire combination consists of Crono rims by OZ Racing (7x17 ET37) and features 205/40-17 Toyo tires. A Bilstein B14 suspension kit does everything for the best possible agility.
The counterpart, John Cooper Works MINI S R53, features an aero spoiler. The best fixed complete foiling by CoverEFX CFC is called Smurf-blue. The engine had to endure several modifications: a Schrick camshaft, a GP charge air cooler with cover, an air filter box with an additional opening to the rear, mcchip-dkr software... All in all, 236 hp are available under the hood. The above mentioned exhaust system by the KBR motor sport was installed together with fuel injectors, spark plugs and an M7 thermostat.
A Bilstein B16 suspension, an OMP strut brace and a supporting arm of the same origin as well as an adjustable rear stabilizer (17 mm) by H & R keep the car on course. Federal Semi-sport tires (215/40-17) have identical rims. The pole position of seating by RECARO is upholstered with Alcantara.
Every man is a lone wolf, but in case of a downfall they are close to each other. It is the philosophy of this blue-yellow coalition.
