Ford has quietly unveiled the Mustang Boss 302SX concept at the Performance Racing Industry Show in Orlando, Florida.
Envisioned to slot between the Boss 302S and Boss 302R, the concept features an aggressive front fascia, a vented hood and retro body stripes. There`s also an adjustable rear wing, a Ford Racing exhaust and 18-inch wheels with racing tires.
Since the concept is billed as the "ultimate track day car," it isn`t surprising the interior has been stripped of all nonessential equipment. As such, there`s a single Recaro seat, a quick-release steering wheel, a data logger and an FIA-compliant roll cage.
Other highlights include an adjustable coilover suspension, tubular rear lower control arms and a 5.0-liter V8 engine with more than 500 hp (373 kW / 507 PS).
