re-built 1.6 16v zetec se. polished & skimmed head, piper 285 fast road cams, pumabuild chip with rev limiter at 7250rpm, milltek 4-2-1 manifold, milltek hi-flow cat, piper cat-back with mid-box removed and 3.5" tail, k&n universal air filter with samco induction hose & heat shields & cold feed pipe with trumpet, pipercross oil breather filter, fse power boost valve, denso iridium spark plugs, magnecor ht leads, ecotek valve, run on 99 octane super unleaded. estimate 140 bhp, 135 torques at the wheels.
