200mph Trident Iceni can achieve over 100mpg

A new Biodiesel Sports car is nearing production, it will target drivers who spend a lot of time on the motorway or who live in rural areas and want all the benefits of a high performance two-seater as well as great economy.

The Trident Iceni has all the looks and finesse of a sports car but will achieve 108mpg when travelling at a constant 30mph and 68.9mpg when travelling at 70mph. You can cover around 2000 miles without the need to fill up if you are driving with economy in mind however if you want performance it will dash to 60mph from standstill in 3.7 seconds and has a top speed of over 200mph. £2.3 million was invested in its development and to recoup some of that Trident is asking for £75,000 a piece.
